Sites change. New pages, products and plugins can add new barriers. Our plans scan your site every week, and a person reviews what the scans find. Higher plans add quarterly testing of your key journeys by a person, and fix hours in your site's code.

Everything in Monitor. Every quarter, a person tests 2 key journeys with a keyboard and screen readers. A dated quarterly test report.
Managed testing + fixes
Everything in Managed testing. Up to 2 fix hours a month in your site's code (unused hours don't roll over). Accessibility statement updates. A re-audit of your original pages after 12 months on the plan. Your records in one place: dated reports, fix logs, retests and statement history.
Multi-location
Everything in Managed testing + fixes, for up to 10 location pages. One fix in a shared template applies to every location page. $75 a month for each extra location.
No long contract
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Prices are per site, except Multi-location.

On Managed testing, every quarter a person tests 2 key journeys with a keyboard and screen readers, and you get a dated test report.
Fix
On Managed testing + fixes, we fix what we find in your site's code, up to 2 hours a month.
How long it takes: Ongoing, month to month. Scans and the keyboard check run every week and the summary comes every month. On Managed testing, a person tests your journeys every quarter.
What it doesn't include
- Screen-reader testing on Monitor. Its weekly hands-on check uses a keyboard. Screen-reader testing starts at Managed testing.
- Fixes on Monitor and Managed testing. Those plans find and explain issues. Managed testing + fixes, Multi-location or Remediation covers the fixing.
- Changing another company's code, like a booking widget, Shopify's checkout, chat or maps. If a problem is in another company's tool, we write it up for you to send to them. If it makes sense, we can also build you an accessible replacement.
- Fixing PDFs or captioning videos. Those are add-ons, priced on their own.
- A legal opinion. Your attorney decides legal questions.

Questions
Is Monitor just a scanner?
No. Scans run every week, and a person reviews every alert and tells you what it means. Each week a person also checks your home page and top journey with a keyboard.
Can automated scans find every problem?
No. Scans catch some issues, like missing labels and low contrast, and miss others, like whether your booking form works with a screen reader. That's why every plan includes checks by a person.
Which screen readers do you test with?
The quarterly journey test uses a keyboard, JAWS or NVDA on Windows, and VoiceOver on iPhone. It's part of Managed testing and the plans above it. Monitor's weekly check uses a keyboard only.
Do unused fix hours roll over?
No. Managed testing + fixes includes up to 2 fix hours a month in your site's code. Hours you don't use that month don't carry over.
How does Multi-location work?
Most location pages share one template. We fix the template once, and every location page gets the fix. The plan covers up to 10 location pages for $995 a month, plus $75 a month for each extra location.
How long do we have to stay on a plan?
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Prices are per site, except Multi-location.
