What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, like the free snapshot request or the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and any message you send us.

Why we collect it

We use this information to run the accessibility check you asked for, to reply to you, and to get in touch about your project. If you check the box to receive occasional accessibility updates, we use your email for that too, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a database provider. We keep access limited to our team.

Email

We send emails, like notifications and replies, through Resend, an email delivery provider.

Analytics and tracking

We don't use ad pixels or session-replay tools that record how you move or type on this site. Our analytics are cookieless and don't track you across other websites.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information we have about you. Email privacy@theaccessibilityco.com and we'll take care of it.

California residents

If you live in California, state law gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
