Our services

The Accessibility Co, LLC provides technical accessibility services: testing, remediation, monitoring and related work described on our services page. These are technical services, not legal advice. We don't represent you in legal matters, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship.

No guarantee of compliance or legal outcome

We don't guarantee that your website will be found compliant with any law or standard, or that our work will prevent a lawsuit or complaint. We find and fix barriers against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and document what we did. Whether that meets your legal obligations is a question for your attorney.

Point-in-time testing

Our testing and reports reflect your site as it existed on the date we tested it. Content and code you add later, and third-party tools you add or update, aren't covered until we test them.

Third-party tools

Some parts of your site, like booking widgets, e-commerce checkout, chat tools and maps, are built and controlled by other companies. We test them and report what we find, but we can't change their code, and we're not responsible for issues in tools we don't control.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us access to test and fix your site, for telling us about any parts of the site we shouldn't test, and for maintaining any fixes we hand off to your own team.
